Wonderfully located away from the hubbub and situated on the river Nar, perfect for a stunning walk. The Grange Manor House is full of character, with gorgeous reception rooms, eight generously sized bedrooms and there is a grand dining room perfect for our caterers to serve you up a feast. This home is perfect for seven - eight couples with babies sharing with the possibility of space for two older children too. |

Beautifully decorated period room with fireplace and chandelier. Seats 16 comfortably.
Kitchen
Very well equipped kitchen, which we think you won't need to use much (apart from making a cup of tea / gin and tonic) as you will too busy relaxing and being catered for. Should you need to however appliances include: electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and food processor.
Bathrooms and Bedrooms
There are 8 double bedrooms divided over 3 floors. A generous 7 en suite bathrooms (comprising of baths and showers) and a downstairs bathroom with shower room.
Parking
Large drive, space for over 18 cars.
Outdoors
Large garden (over 3 acres) with access to the River Nar, Tennis court, large patio and BBQ area. Play space with tree swing.
Wheelchair access
Ramp access to patio with ground floor facilities, bedroom and toilet/shower.
Linen
Linen and towels are provided.
Heating
Central heating with adjustable thermostat. There are also a selection of period fire places and an open log fire.
Games
Well equipped games room with television, Wii, billiards table, table tennis table and table football. In the additional lounge there is a cinema projector.

There are multiple beautiful walks near by of varying lengths and difficulties from the coast to the countryside. The closest being right on the doorstep - a stroll along the river Nar.

The Royal station Wolferton - this victorian railway station has been restored into a family home - the owners of which now welcome visitors to this historic building.
Snettisham Park is a working farm where you can see anything from lambs being born or a 45 minute deer safari. Other activities such as bottle feeding lambs, egg collecting and pony rides available.
Oxburgh hall has been a family home to the Bedingfields for over 500 years. This stunning National Trust house shows the habits of one family that date back to the Tudor times.
We highly recommend a trip to 'Beers of Europe' Britain's largest beer shop - just a few minutes down the road.
