Wayland House Woodland Retreat - 5 to 7 couplesWe were thrilled when we visited Wayland House earlier this year. Situated in Withdean, close to Brighton this accommodation is perfect for the whole family.
Located away from the hubbub but easily accessible to Brighton city centre. With six double bedrooms in the house and one double annex this incredible home is perfect for groups of five-seven couples with babies and the possibility of bringing two older children too. This stunning residence has a beautiful entrance hall, spacious reception rooms, seven generously sized bedrooms spaced over the main house and the annex, a grand dining room perfect for our caterers to serve you up a feast and a huge garden to enjoy with the family. |

**THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR BABIES AND OLDER CHILDREN**
Configuration of beds and sleeping can be decided between your party but this house has the option of 7 double beds + 4 single (for children) and of course up to 7 cots provided by us.

Dining room
Glamorous dining room with log burner and snug area.
Kitchen
Very well equipped kitchen, large and open plan kitchen with big dining area (able to seat 16). We doubt you will need to use the kitchen much (apart from making a cup of tea / gin and tonic) as you will too busy relaxing and being catered for. Should you need to however appliances include: electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and more.
Bathrooms and Bedrooms
There are 6 double bedrooms in the house, two of which have an extra bed in (perfect for two children to share) and another double bed with optional space for two extra children in the annex . A generous 7 en suite bathrooms (comprising of baths and showers) and a downstairs bathroom with shower room (MAXIMUM CAPACITY 14 ADULTS PLUS 3 CHILDREN - and of course babies)

Large drive, space for over 10 cars.
Outdoors
Large garden, beautifully kept with nice views over surrounding area from balcony.
Linen
Linen and towels are provided.
Heating
Central and underfloor heating with adjustable thermostat. There is a log burner in the lounge.
