**THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR BABIES AND OLDER CHILDREN**
Configuration of beds and sleeping can be decided between your party but this house has the option of 5 double beds + 1 single (for child) or 3 double beds and 4 singles (and of course up to 5 cots provided by us).

Lovely rustic dining table and chairs seats up to 12 people.
Kitchen
Very well equipped kitchen, we suspect you won't need to use it much (apart from making a cup of tea / gin and tonic) as you will too busy relaxing and being catered for. Should you need to however appliances include: Range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Lounge
Big lounge with fire place and comfortable seating.
Games room
With snooker table and plenty of board games to play.
Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms in the house and a further two toilets.
Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms with optional bed configurations (3 doubles plus 5 singles OR 3 doubles plus 2 extra doubles and a single). This means that you have the option of bringing children who are too big for a travel cot too!
Parking
Large drive, space for over 6 cars.
Outdoors
Large garden with beautiful view and large patio.
Linen
Linen and towels are provided.
Heating
Central heating with adjustable thermostat. There is also a log fire in the lounge.

Other outdoor spaces include, plenty of private land and fields to explore, a beautiful lake which you can swim in and a reservoir that you are welcome to fish in - but you may need to bring your own rods!
